My birthday was on November 16 I turned 21, now I can drink legally (just kidding, I wouldn't do that). I opened my presents and had my cake. This present is from my Grandma Tibbitts, she gives the best gifts. I love this skirt and it is from my favorite place Downeast Outifitter. We had Culver's (an upscale hamburger place) for dinner.
