{Picnic for Work}

Awhile back we went on a picnic for my dads work. It was a nice day for a picnic. It was at Lake Jacomo which is a nice lake nearby. His co-workers weren't the most friendly people. Luckily we had each other to play with. We played volleyball as a family and it was really funny. We made up our own rules as we went like-keep playing even though it has touched the ground. Then we ate hamburgers with all the trimmings. We then decided to take a nature walk. As we started the walk a sign said that it was 1.5 miles. But it seemed like 4 miles. There were many different ways to go and we couldn't figure out which was the right way. I think we took the longest of the routes. We thought the route would go by the lake, but all the way you only could see the lake from a distance. We got some good exercise. Then we played baseball, frisbee, and kickball. After the picnic was over we drove down the road a little ways and were able to finally see the lake up close. A very active and fun day. We didn't do much with dads employees, but had a great day with family. And great fall weather.
