Trip to Idaho (Part 2)

This is a rest stop along Wyoming that has a statue of President Lincoln.  It was freezing cold.  We didn't know that we were going to break down only a few hours from there.  We probably wouldn't have looked this happy, had we known.
We had a fun trip, but we were sad to say goodbye to Emily.  We are proud of her and her dedication to finish her schooling.  This has been a dream of hers for a long time and we are so excited that her dreams are coming true.  We miss her every day.  The house seems so different without her. Our cabinets are not as organized without her.  Thank heaven for modern technology and things like texting, cell phones and skype.  We are still able to be in constant contact with her and know what she is doing at all times.  Maybe more than she would like.  But boy we sure are glad to be able to stay in touch with her. We look forward to when she will be able to come home at Christmas.  The only sad thing is we will have to say goodbye to her again and then we will have to say goodbye to Evan soon after.  This is the part of parenting that I don't like.  But I guess it is all part of the plan.
