Famous People we have Met

Living in Missouri for the last ten year we didn't have the opportunity to meet too many famous people. Since we have moved to Utah we have had the opportunity to meet alot of infamous faces, well at least famous to us.  The week after we arrived we went to a fireside given by John Bytheway.  We love this man, so this was an honor.  The kids had the opportunity to go to an Eclipse concert and then get their autograph. Our stake hosted a fireside for Alex Boye and we were able to meet him as well. A few months ago we had the opportunity to hear Brad Wilcox, a really excellent speaker. This summer we had the opportunity to hear Katherine Jenkins perform with the Tabernacle Choir and then to go across the street to Deseret Book and shake her hand and get her autograph.  Yes it was worth standing in line.

I was tempted to ask her if we were related since she is from Wales and I have Jenkins in my family history and they are from Wales. You never know.  Can't you see the family resemblence      NOT.

Evan was in love and ready to ask her to marry him, but he chickened out.

Hailey wasn't able to come with us since she was at Girls Camp.  But we took her the next night after she returned.  Bob wasn't able to go either.  So it was just us four. We had a great time. The concert was amazing and totally worth it.
