This was outside the Crown Center. There is water coming out of the ground from spouts. It comes out at various times and in patterns. You never know what spout will spray and when it will spray. In the summer everyone is there trying to cool off. Since it was April we were the only ones there and the water was freezing.

I love that place- when they have the Irish festival there the water is all green- quite festive!
